How to Brew a Perfect Glass of Iced
Tea
Follow directions for hot tea, except double the amount of tea used per
serving. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
Add ice and stir to chill. If tea
becomes cloudy, this is the sign of an excellent grade of tea. If this bothers you, add a little boiling
water to clarify it.
